Clarifye is a state-of-the-art digital eye exam experience that includes technology that maps the digital fingerprint of your eyes and provides the most advanced customised prescription. This new technology is being rolled out across OPSM.

Focusing on 360 patient care, OPSM has redesigned its patient experience and sought our support in communicating the change and developing training materials to support the change.

We developed the Clarifye manifesto and customer service playbook, as well as a 7 film customer journey series. Online learning modules are in the pipeline.
